Studio Tour of the Soap Room: Creative Spaces – An Etsy Shop in Real Life

Just a few weeks ago we didn’t have any walls, and now we have a fabulous and efficient place to work.

Happy soap for beautiful women.

This desk was my Great Grandmother’s table. The chair is courtesy of one of our shops.

The island built by the brothers who finished this in under two weeks. Love those guys. They left with soap.

The chalkboard is handy for my lotion recipe since I’m constantly leaving my recipe book somewhere. The canvas print beside it arrived yesterday from an Etsy friend who does beautiful work. It reads: Walk the World Wonderstruck. It’s the perfect trifecta of my past, present and future.

Coffee pot on the counter (a few photos above) for guests who want to stop by and chat, take in the aroma of the essential oils and feel happy. My son’s friend-who-happens-to-be-a-girl walked down yesterday and said the place made her happy. It had a good vibe. That’s exactly what I was going for…from the mouths of “babes.”

Speaking of babes. Ha ha ha.

Ugh. XOX, Carrie
